Daniel Padilla is one of the people who wanted to be the first ones to exercise their rights when it comes to voting.

But the netizens will not let this get away. Based on the observations of the online community, Daniel Padilla made an offense by taking a photo inside the polling precinct which is prohibited by the law.
There was even an announcement by the Commission on Elections that using cellphones are banned inside the polling precincts.
"They cannot use it. And when we say 'use,' we don’t just mean taking pictures. You also cannot send text messages and call," said Comelec Chairman Andres Baustista said back in April 9.
There are even cases of OFWs being investigated for taking their selfies inside the polling precint. If proven guilty, you can be penalized up to 6 years of imprisonment.
